What brought you to AGL Group, and what keeps you motivated in your role?

The opportunity to grow with an amazing company.

What experience or achievement are you most proud of?

Graduating from UNT as I didn’t even want to go to college. Or having two amazing kids. An 11-year-old little girl and a 9-year-old boy.

How do you see logistics evolving in the next five years, and what excites you about those changes?

We are past the pandemic where inflation was ridiculously high. I think inflation will start to decrease. I think we will see continuous growth over the next 5 years. I believe more jobs will become available. Overall helping everyone out and making things more affordable. I will be excited to go to the grocery store again.?

What is one thing people might not know about your role?

The harder you work, the more time you put in, the more rewarding it becomes. No day is ever the same. It’s fast paced and very competitive. The risk is worth the reward.

Outside of work, what are some of your passions or hobbies?

Spending time with the family, sports, coaching my kids, playing sports. Playing video games with my children.
