Employee Spotlight: Brittney Caudelle

Q1: What originally brought you to Reliance Partners and how long have you been a part of the team?

I’ve always been drawn to HR and Operations but didn’t know where to start. When Reliance posted an HR Admin position on LinkedIn, I applied. Once I had my first interview, I knew right away it was the perfect fit for me. Now, almost two and a half years later, I’m incredibly grateful and happy to be building my career here!

Q2: What is one fun fact about yourself that your colleagues might not know?

My team definitely knows this but I probably hold an incredible and extensive amount of pop culture knowledge. When it comes to Taylor Swift, though, I’d say I’m a certified expert! ?? If you ever need a trivia teammate to ace the pop culture questions, I’m definitely your person!??

Q3: What do you enjoy most about working with your team?

My team in the Operations Dept is the reason why I come to work! Every day, we come together to tackle challenges with a positive attitude and a sense of humor that makes even the toughest tasks enjoyable. My team is made up of some of the most intelligent individuals I have ever met and just being around them makes me feel like I’m always learning something new. My favorite thing is that we consistently lift each other up and create an environment where everyone feels valued which I think is so special. Ops team = BEST team!

Q4: If you had to eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?

I am a pasta lover through and through! Maybe a good sample of all the classics: Fettucine Alfredo, Lasagna, Spaghetti and Meatballs. Throw in some never-ending breadsticks and I could live pretty happily. Wait, did I just describe the Olive Garden “Tour Of Italy”? LOL.

Q5: If you could have a superpower that only works in the office, what would it be and how would you use it?

My superpower would be speed typing, that way I could reply to emails within milliseconds. I am sure all of our sales producers would agree!??
