1.?Introduce yourself and describe your role at M.

I’m Brian Moebs, and I’ve been part of M Financial for over two years and in financial services for more than 20 years. I’ve experienced this business through many different lenses of insurance distribution. Today, I serve as one of four Regional Directors for the Member Firm Solutions Group. In this role, I act as both an advocate and an ambassador, leveraging M’s extensive resources and thought leadership to support our Member Firms. Along with my team, I provide strategic guidance to over 30 Member Firms, offering expertise in areas such as insurance, wealth management, and operations.

My team and I partner with Member Firms much like they partner with their clients—by starting with a deep understanding of their goals, strengths, and opportunities for growth. We listen carefully to their vision, identify what’s working, and uncover areas for enhancement. From there, we deliver tailored strategies, innovative ideas, and access to M’s unparalleled resources to help drive their success. Beyond business growth, we serve as trusted advisors and design consultants, collaborating with firms to craft sophisticated insurance and investment strategies for their clients. When a new firm joins M Financial, we ensure a seamless onboarding experience—guiding them through joining our broker-dealer and equipping them with exclusive M products that set them apart in the market. We are committed to empowering Member Firms to thrive and deliver exceptional value to their clients.

3.?What accomplishment during your time at M are you most proud of?

As the first Regional Director, I take immense pride in the role I played in shaping the design, messaging, and rollout of the other three regions. From the very beginning, my focus was on creating a strong, cohesive foundation that would empower each region to succeed and thrive. Seeing how the work has evolved and how the team has embraced and built upon that foundation is incredibly rewarding. It’s a testament to the talent, dedication, and collaboration of the entire team. Together, we’ve not only established a framework that drives success but also fostered a culture of support, trust, and excellence across all regions. The positive impact we’ve had on the entire M community is something I am incredibly proud of—our collective efforts have strengthened relationships, created new opportunities, and contributed to the overall success and growth of M Financial.

4.?What is your favorite part of your job?

My favorite part of my job is definitely meeting new people and building meaningful, personal relationships. The Member Firms I work with are fantastic storytellers, and their stories often seem straight out of Hollywood. I’ve always found energy and excitement in connecting with others, learning about their goals, and working together to help them succeed. There’s something truly special about those moments when you can see the impact of your collaboration, and it’s incredibly rewarding to watch everyone win.
