Meet Bill Burbatt, our Lead Android Developer at Changed. With a keen eye for innovation and a passion for making a positive impact on people's lives, Bill has been an integral part of the success of Changed Plus and Premium, two significant updates to the Changed app and continuing to advance our mission of doing debt differently.?

At Changed, we believe in empowering individuals to overcome their debt burdens and achieve financial well-being, and Bill's contributions have been instrumental in making this vision a reality.

? How long have you been working at Changed, and what was your initial role? How has your journey progressed?

I've been a part of the Changed team for the past 5 years, starting out as an Android developer. Alongside Greg, who is the Lead iOS Developer, I joined Changed at the same time as him, and we have been working closely together to make Changed a great user experience.?

?? What were your key accomplishments in the Changed Plus and Premium rollout?

My primary focus during the rollout was collaborating with our newer team members to ensure its success. The efforts of our mobile developers, including myself, seamlessly connected with the work done on the backend, resulting in a successful and impactful update. This update was one of the most significant we've undertaken, and I feel that we have only just begun to tap into the app's potential for further improvements.

?? What motivates and inspires you in your work at Changed?

The most rewarding aspect of my job is witnessing how our app helps users change their lives and overcome financial struggles. Reading customer feedback and success stories about people finally getting out of debt makes me feel like we are making a real difference in peoples lives. Moreover, the growth of the company and the addition of new team members inspire me to continuously strive for excellence in my work. Plus I love the team I work with, its full of really amazing people who've all helped to create a very positive and inspiring environment that encourages creativity and innovation.
