Unlock the full power of biogas with Gree Energy.
My name is Bimo, and I have been working as a Technical Manager at GREE for more than 5 years. GREE is the company where I have worked the longest in my career. There are many reasons behind why I still work here until now. One of the main things that motivates me and makes me believe in contributing to GREE is GREE's commitment and vision in supporting renewable energy, sustainability implementation through the biogas sector revolution, where the food industry contributes significantly to methane gas emissions that cause greenhouse effects.
GREE provides end-to-end services related to biogas services, starting from feasibility studies, engineering & construction, project finance & development, carbon credit monetization, until biogas upside study and implementation, where all of these scopes support how biogas can make a real impact on the environment, society, without forgetting the financial benefits gained by clients and stakeholders. All of these scopes are also supported by GREE's commitment to always prioritize quality in every product we offer.
As someone with an engineering background, I have seen, learned, and applied firsthand in the field where GREE highly values the best quality in processing liquid waste and converting it into biogas. Our Ground-Integrated Biogas Reactor (GIBR) technology ensures that the biogas plant operates with a reliable safety system and ensures that biogas production can be maximized with an easy and robust operational system
Many implementations of our digester technology are not implemented by other technology providers. One of them is the Tetra-Flex cover feature, where we divide the biogas cover compartments into 4 compartments equipped with floating access lines in the middle of the digester. This technology ensures the digester to be resilient in facing bad weather/wind, thanks to the low-height storage membrane. On the other hand, the floating access line in the middle of the digester ensures that operators can perform sludge extraction in the middle sector of the digester, in addition to the sludge extraction system on the side of the digester. As a result, sludge extraction can be more even throughout the digester, and digester performance monitoring becomes more accurate. Not to mention many other features, including optimal wastewater mixing systems in the digester equipped with PBM (Pulse Buble Mixer) to prevent scum formation, application of ATEX zones for all biogas equipment to eliminate the potential for explosions, automated biogas mixing operation systems, and efficient engineered cooling ponds.
GREE also ensures to only use quality products and partners with technology providers with a good track record. One example is in developing the Bio-CNG business line, GREE partners with Prodeval, one of the global leaders in biomethane engineering with more than 30 years of experience in Europe and America. Prodeval has built 332 upgrading units from 2017 to 2022 and now has a delivery capacity of 125 biogas upgrading units per year. Prodeval supplies technology starting from 3-stage membrane biogas upgrading with biomethane recovery efficiency reaching 99.5% up to food-grade liquid CO2. The guarantee of biomethane production volume, easiness on operation and maintenance, product quality, becomes the main factor that Prodeval gains trust from customers over those past few years.
This quality of products offered by GREE, supported by competent international experts, along with a commitment to transforming the biogas industry in helping food processors as best as possible to transform their operation to be greener and sustainable, is what makes me believe in contributing to GREE for years to come.
