What's your favorite part about your role?

TripleLift is truly a product-led company. What I love most about my role at TripleLift is collaborating with diverse teams, innovating and implementing new solutions for CTV, and helping our customers and partners monetize content with innovative ad tech solutions.

What's the best piece of advice you have been given in your career?

I have received a lot of advice from senior leadership and mentors throughout my career. The advice that helped me a lot is "Always stay curious and be open to learning new things" and “Be out of your comfort zone and keep struggling”.

If you could give advice to your 16-year-old self what would it be?

If I could offer advice to my 16-year-old self, it would be to never underestimate the value of embracing discomfort. Growth and discovery lie just beyond your comfort zone. Embrace challenges as opportunities to learn, adapt, and become more resilient. Pursue your passions with unwavering determination; they will guide you to a fulfilling and purposeful path. Remember, the journey may not always be easy, but each step you take toward personal growth will lead you to a stronger, more empowered version of yourself. It's important to remember that every experience, even challenges, contributes to your journey and growth.

Can you tell us a bit about your “backstory”? What led you to this particular career path??

During my engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunication, I was not sure of my next steps. This was the same time when a few media companies in India were planning to launch their live-streaming OTT app. I got a chance to work for one of the leading OTT platforms from scratch and while working there, I saw an opportunity in the OTT space and chased after it.

Can you describe what type of work you do and why it’s critical to TripleLift?

TripleLift offers several integrated ad experiences for streaming TV. Creating, managing, and serving these ads to the end user is a complex and multi-step process. In my role at TripleLift as Solutions Engineer -II in CTV, I am working with different partners and customers to understand their existing technology, finding challenges for onboarding them, providing solutions during the PoC phase, and helping in implementing solutions and onboarding them.
