Amelia is a Team Administration Coordinator for the New England Revolution .

What is your role within the New England Revolution ? How long have you been a member of The Kraft Group?

I first started working for the organization last year as a Fellow in the Robert K. Kraft Fellowship Program. In October of 2022, I transitioned into my current role as the Team Administration Coordinator for the New England Revolution. Some of my responsibilities include helping with matchday operations, general office administrative tasks and assisting in the player relocation process.

How has your career grown since starting at the New England Revolution ??What do you find to be the most rewarding aspects of your job?

Being a part of this organization has allowed me to have a better understanding of how the different aspects of businesses work together to be successful. I am very lucky to work on a great team of hardworking individuals who have a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field. It is very rewarding when aspects of the job such as matchday go smoothly because it shows all the hard work the team did to get there!

Once I started in the Fellowship Program, I had more access and opportunity to reach out to other individuals within the organization to see what their jobs were. This led me to the role I am in today!
