Employee Spotlight: Alessandro Gabrielli

Alessandro works as a Project Manager for TKG Real Estate Development LLC.

Tell us about yourself.

My name is Alessandro and I have been a part of The Kraft Group for a little over a year now. I was born in Brazil and grew up in Massachusetts. I attended Boston University (2016) and in my last year I started a masonry construction company. Outside of work, you can find me working on cars, riding a motorcycle, or catching a flight to a new destination.

What is your current role with TKG and what responsibilities are associated with the position?

I am a Project Manager for the Construction Department at The Kraft Group. Some of my current responsibilities include overseeing and scheduling all construction activities for new installations, renovations, and general maintenance of multiple capital projects. On a day to day, I work directly with various trades (architects, electrical, mechanical, carpenters to name a few) to resolve issues and drive progress forward on all projects. I ensure that quality of work is high and on time to meet the needs of our organization.

Why did you choose to work for TKG?

I knew I wanted to get back into the construction industry, but this time working in-house on capital projects. When I found the opportunity to work for TKG, it was a no brainer. I have always wanted to work for an organization that has an impact on the community and a long history of success.

What do you enjoy most about working with the Construction Department? How would you describe the company culture?

I enjoy that every day is different and challenging in its own way. There is always a learning opportunity in anything I do. I also really enjoy being a part of the design process for new renovations or additions to the stadium. I consider myself lucky to have great colleagues and trades to work with. We have an awesome team culture. Everyone puts in their best effort and there is a true sense of community.

What is one piece of advice you would give to your younger self?

Its ok to be unsure about your purpose in life. Enjoy the journey - every path will lead you somewhere. Don’t rush through it. One day, you’ll look back and it will all make sense.
