Q: How long have you been with the company?

I have been with JFW for 16 years.? I started on April 1, 2008.

Q: What do you find most rewarding in your current role?

I love learning new things and thrive when faced with a challenge. This role provides the opportunity to work with people who challenge me and teach me something new every day.

Q: What advice would you give to someone who might want to join our J.F. White?

I would encourage them to apply.? JFW will offer you a chance to challenge yourself both in your personal and professional life.? They promote teamwork on the job while also encouraging us to find ways to help others in the community. There is always something you can learn, and management will help you advance if that is something you would like to do.? Though we are a large company, it is run as a family business.

Q: What are the top 3 career lessons you've learned so far?

I think the 3 career lessons I have learned so far are:

a)?????? The art of listening

b)????? To pause when met with a challenge

c)?????? It is okay to not know everything as long as you know where to find the information.

Q: Who are some of your biggest inspirations within the company?

There are many people that have inspired me in my career at JFW.? From those that gave me the opportunity to work here to those that present me with new challenges to those that encouraged me to take on a new role and had faith that I would rise to the challenge.

Q: Where is your favorite place to be?

My favorite place to be is with my family.

Q: Do you have any hobbies? What are they?

My favorite things to do outside of work are focused on things I can do with my family.? I like camping and baking or planning our next adventure.
