Employee Retention Programs and Strategies

It can be very hard for companies to keep the turnover rates under their influence and there are only a number of industrious protocols they follow to retain top talent. There are a number of factors that employees consider when they decide to leave the company, and there are equally a lot of things companies can do to open other perspectives for them. 


Companies can either put in policy and incorporate culture that makes employees want to stay or design a process to turn employees back around one they've made up their minds. But, again, the organization has very little control of the situation since individual cases usually have subjectively complex scenarios. The one thing businesses can start trying to do is make the office culture feel inclusive, transparent, and collaborative that makes employees work overall enjoyable.
