Employees are an organization's most precious asset and the key to its success. To achieve successful economic for the company human resources, make significant contribution. Organizations which is make large profit in their business may own the strongest advantage such as technological development, highest of funding, location for market etc., however without solid human resources organization cannot achieve the goals.

Organization needs to keep the employees within their company longer period hence employee retention more concern about several strategies and polices to keep the employee. ?Many previous studies discussed major factors that can affect for employees to leave their company such as frustration on work, confusion between subordinators and peers, low range of salary, lack of technological modification, absence of growing vision etc.,. The concept of employee retention defines as how company keep or retain their employee. ?Which employee that can retain in the workforce explained with employee retention.


According to Pardon (2004) investigated some challengers that company face to?? keep employee in long time of period such as increasing the aging population and lack of industrial qualified people with respect to imbalance of job requirement. Organization invest lots of money and time for train their employee, when the employee leave the company after getting training and development process company is completely at loss.


Human resource Activities of an organization can be treated as unique of the prominent feature that affect the retention of its employees. When an organization has properly laid down human resources Activities, it can significantly reduce the labor turnover.

As per Druce, (2007) The hospitality sector growing very fast than the other industry in the world. Nevertheless, enormous difficulties still exist in fascinating and holding an experienced employee.

According to Jesus (2011) investigated that one of the major issues that hotel industry face as a shortage of labor capacity. This is main challenge for hotel industry as its mainly provide services. To overall labor shortage effect to overall development of hotel industry.? In the hotel industry employee turnover consider as a crisis for the industry. Hotel management trying keep their employee and they understand the value of retain labor. There many studies investigated the connection between employee retention and the improvement of productivity, better services quality, operational effectiveness and in other prospective high customer satisfaction, high gust experience. He can understand the retention is strongly correlated with organizational performance.

Many organizations identify the significance of the managing human resource to improve and successfulness of their business. Keeping the human resource with the organization is main challenge for the company especially in services industry. High work turnover makes the different quality issues in the hotel industry and it is also impact for hotels guest satisfaction.?

Human resource activities of an organization can be treated as one of the prominent factors that affects the retention of its employees. When an organization has properly laid down human resources activities, it can significantly reduce the labor turnover.
