Effective employee relations are crucial for improving productivity, harmonious, creating good environment at workplace.

Open listening

Organizations should encourage everyone to listen the open and honest views of each other. It can create positive communication system between employees and employers.

Feedback

Organizations should implement feedback mechanism to identify areas for improvement.

Health and safety

Organizations have to implement programs to ensure a safe and healthy workplace, where everyone can feel safe and secure in organization.

Performance appraisal

Performance appraisal is reward which is given to employees for their efforts and contribution for the organization and it can appreciate employees to be more loyal towards organization and to give more contribution in growth of organization.

Diversity

Diversity is organizational framework which encourage to treat everyone's culture, language, etc. equally and raised voice against any discrimination happen, no matter victim belong to their culture or not. Diversity encourage everyone to respect each other in organizations.

Employee relation motivate the employees to be moral towards organization and to contribute for growth of organization.

Employee relation can boost the skills and talents of employees to work with more dedication and sincerity.

Good employee relation can enhance reputation of organizations by which organizations can attract more skillful and talented people.
