Today's world and things are quit competitive in nature. In corporate world This competitiveness always encourage people to do more n more towards the responsibility they have been assigned for Or the Role they are catering to.. But are they getting good when it comes to paying them or appreciations or Appraisals ( by any means its possible to recognize )??
Well ...the answer from most of the companies may be "Yes.. If it is.. Fortunately its the "key of Success and Mutual growth... and If Not , the employee might not be able to perform at his max.. Most of us , who are employed, always think to achieve heights in career and to do so, everyone perform and make his work style super smart. we should always encourage the people who work for us by appreciating them for the work they do, and if they gone an extra mile it should be positively taken into consideration. Additionally the employer should always provide necessary training and learning sessions ( according to the work of employee or It can be general in terms as well ) to employees to help them enhance their skill set and to make them more efficient in terms of knowledge and skills, This directly helps in moving the efficiency level to the Max . and that's what we call "The proper utilization of assets" within system. ... which positively encourage employee growth too. We have seen most of the companies came in existence and are growing more faster then the older one in race... how is this happening ? ... Its their talented Employees who made them do so .... No war can be won without a smart Army !! Start saying Thanks ... :) .. I Thank you all.. who read.
