Recognitions and Awards
At Apollo Tyres, we have a structured employee recognition program that includes various awards and acknowledgements for those who exhibit exceptional performance in the workplace. Our ‘Roll of Honour’ program, in particular, is one such recognition. It recognises our employees across the globe. Further, we have regional recognitions, such as our #GoTheDistance awards in Europe, which recognise exceptional teamwork and cross-functional excellence.
Another performance-focused recognition we have is the ‘Chairman’s Employee of the Year,’ an annual award bestowed by our Chairman, Onkar Kanwar, for the most outstanding employee.?
As important as performance-based recognition is, it is not the only aspect we consider. Our employees are recognised as ‘Apollo Pillars’ for their long service to our company, with many of them having been with us for several decades. Appreciation is also given to our employees through Recognition Badges.
All these achievements are celebrated annually during the Chairman’s Recognition Week, where we come together to laud our outstanding and esteemed team members.?
As of this year, we have also launched the Apollo Recognition Hub, a unified global rewards platform dedicated to seamlessly celebrating Apolloites' achievements. The platform's ease of use and availability are yet another one of our strategies to boost employee morale further. Over 13,000 appreciation badges were exchanged, and over 2,500 Apolloites were recognised through the platform. In addition, we also introduced monetised awards for quick redemption through the platform during the annual Chairman’s Recognition Week.

Last year, our survey achieved a remarkable global participation rate of 92%. It exhibits that everyone at Apollo is committed to open communication and continuous improvement. As a result, we have managed to continuously enhance key areas, from employee alignment to our objectives and understanding of our Vision, Purpose and Values.

3 个月I am proud of having worked with Apollo Tyres as an executive in Sales 24 years back. I had earned my sales incentive which was equal to my 6 months salary then. I had to leave the company immediately after completing my incentive linked targets. With my full and final settlement cheque I got my incentive cheque also. Appreciate the professionalism of Team Apollo Tyres ???????? If given a chance I would like to serve Apollo Tyres again.
