Thorsten brings a wealth of experience from the premium consumer goods industry, having worked with globally recognised brands such as Red Bull. During his time in the luxury brand segment, he cultivated a passion for themes centred around lifestyle, emotion, and energy – values that are unmistakably reflected in the Ford F-150.

"I enjoy selling lifestyle products. When I work for a company, I always do it with all my heart," Thorsten explains.

"I want to connect dealers and buyers in the best possible way. Personal interaction is essential for this – emails and phone calls simply don’t provide the same level of insight. That’s why I travel extensively to meet everyone face-to-face, ensuring I gain a deeper understanding of their needs," Thorsten shares.

In his role, Thorsten is deeply committed to the principles of quality and reliability – values that align with the Ford F-150’s reputation.

?"I cannot sell products whose quality I’m not convinced of myself. Customers can quickly tell whether a product presentation is driven by genuine passion or is merely focused on sales," he says.

Reliability is also a cornerstone of Thorsten's own professional ethos.

"In addition to accessibility, reliability is one of the core elements of great sales," he adds.
