Meet Andreas, a family-oriented petrol head residing in Fiskeb?ck, Sweden’s largest fishing port, nestled within Gothenburg’s southern archipelago. Andreas holds a deep passion for sports, a passion he shares with his daughter who excels in both handball and soccer. Beyond sports, Andreas is an avid outdoorsman, recently taking up enduro riding with a close-knit group of friends. His lifelong fascination with motor vehicles naturally guided him towards a career in the automotive industry. With a robust background in dealership operations and extensive expertise in accessories and spare parts, Andreas is ideally suited to his role as a Parts and Accessory Specialist at Hedin US Motor.

Experience from Both Sides of the Dealership Business

Before joining Hedin US Motor, Andreas dedicated thirteen years to working part-time as a firefighter, a role that honed his skills in teamwork and crisis management. His automotive career began in 2003, where he refined his expertise on the dealership side, predominantly on workshop operations and service advisory roles. On the dealer side, Andreas excelled in delivery management, equipping vehicles with accessories and maintaining close communications with both sales teams and workshop staff. Additionally, he has held leadership roles as a Spare Parts Manager. Andreas's commitment to exceptional service is underpinned by his simple yet profound belief: treat others as you wish to be treated. This principle guides his every interaction, ensuring he provides unparalleled care and support.

"I’ve been on both sides of the dealership business, so I know what works and what doesn’t. To now be on the other side and get the opportunity to help dealers instead feels fantastically fun. Here I can really benefit from my previous experiences. As a former dealer, I know what you need and have a good overview of processes and the like,” says Andreas.

Responsible for the maintenance and sale of inventory

As a Parts and Accessory Specialist, Andreas’s responsibilities encompass the meticulous management of inventory and maintenance, specifically tailored to the Ford F-150. His keen eye for detail and problem-solving prowess that the F-150’s parts and accessories are always available and easily accessible to both dealers and customers.
