Employee Motivation is a Big Barrier and Success Factor for An Organization to Sustain or Grow Big. Hopefully, everyone is used either listen or tell these 2 words many time during any stage of their professional life. But Big Question arise how many people as leaders, managers or management of any organization really try to understand and have achieve their actual self-realization about it. Else it is nice to hear and tell as usual for all . Suppose, If we assume and compare an employee of a large organization with a utility product as example like a Car purchased/hired to be utilized ahead. Now if car needs fuels, service, parts change and even product version upgrade in intervals to run better, give better millage, safety assurance, comfort, time saving. Similar way, an Employee also as expects to have salary, incentive, appreciations, trainings, mentorship, promotions/career growth, role/band upgrade to be a self-motivator. Without all such making all such matters in place when some organization tries to dream and move ahead, then it definitely they are going to struggle and may face some strong unseen barrier to move forward. Like everyone’s mother my mother used to tell me in my childhood, if you are not strong from inside then how you will be considered as healthy and will be able work hard. You may buy or use expensive cosmetics or medicine to showcase nice externally but for long run in life someone from inside is not that strong definitely will fall…....any organization or leader realizes , understand this fact better they are able to keep moving forward or sustain or grow better…..  I know there are many more examples are coming all of your mind…. So, please may share your views as well to make all understand the deep insight to realize .
