Employee of the Month - Lilia Quach

We caught up with Lilia Quach to get to know more about her.

Weronika Gallant nominated Lilia Quach for her proactive approach and kindness. She is a dedicated and self-starting employee who consistently demonstrates her value as a vital member of TRIO and the OR team. Known for her empathy and kindness, Lilia is not only a team player but also a cornerstone of support and collaboration within the organization.

Tell us one thing that is on your bucket list.

One thing on my bucket list is to take my parents on their first ever vacation. They immigrated here a long time ago and have dedicated their whole lives to working hard with no time to relax. Being able to give them the experience of a vacation would be my way to show appreciation for all the sacrifices they had to make in order to give my sister and me a better life.

Tell us some avenues you would love to experience throughout your career?

I would love the opportunity to explore avenues where my creativity intersects with continuous learning and the field of fertility. I have always been passionate about personal expression through creative outlets as well as continuous learning. I think it would be very fulfilling to combine these two interests within the world of fertility. My goal would be to enhance patient experiences.

What is the most rewarding part of your experience at TRIO?

The most rewarding part of my job at TRIO is knowing that I am helping my patients build their families and future families. It brings me great satisfaction to know that my efforts are making a meaningful difference in their lives. Ensuring that I do everything I can to make their journey a little bit easier and more supported is incredibly fulfilling.

What do you like most about your job?

What I like most about my job is the opportunity to work closely with my coworkers and all my colleagues at TRIO. Everyone is friendly, always willing to help, and dedicated to supporting one another. We have many talented staff members who contribute positively to the patient experience and create a supportive and positive work environment.

What do you value about the company?
