What is an interesting fact or talent no one knows about you?

I’m an avid geocacher! It's a global treasure hunt, and I love exploring new places while solving puzzles. It’s a great way to mix adventure and problem-solving in the real world.

Tell us one thing on your bucket list.

I’ve always wanted to take a hot air balloon ride over Cappadocia. The idea of floating above those surreal rock formations, taking in breathtaking views, sounds like an unforgettable experience!

What avenues would you love to explore in your career?

"I have three main areas I’d love to pursue: (1) Leadership Opportunities: I’m eager to take on roles where I can lead teams, guide strategies, and inspire others. (2) Professional Development: Continuing education and certifications are important to me to stay updated with industry trends. (3) Consulting and Advisory Roles: I’d love to contribute to strategic decision-making in other organizations, offering my expertise.

What is the most rewarding part of your experience at TRIO?

For me, the most fulfilling part of working at TRIO is seeing our patients’ success stories. Watching individuals and couples achieve their dreams of starting a family after overcoming significant challenges is beyond rewarding. I cherish the moments when they return to share their joy, bringing baby photos and heartfelt stories. It's a powerful reminder of the impact our work has, and it makes every challenge worth it.

What do you like most about your job?

It’s the combination of teamwork and the deep satisfaction of helping people. My colleagues at TRIO are passionate, driven, and incredibly supportive. We collaborate so well, and that camaraderie makes even the toughest challenges feel manageable. And on top of that, knowing that our efforts directly help people start families gives my job real purpose and fulfillment.
