A little bit about Sadhana:
Sadhana was born and raised in Varanasi, India. She attributes her work ethic and love of knowledge to her late father who she says instilled her with humility, honesty and compassion. In her childhood, she saw her father work hard to build a business, something she aspires to eventually do herself.?
She completed her Bachelor of Commerce from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith University in Varanasi. Then went on to complete her Masters in Commerce from Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi. She then moved back to Varanasi to complete a second Masters in Business Administration from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University. After completing her second Masters, Sadhana’s friend Anand Gahlot told her about an opportunity to join CloudAdvisors as a Data Entry Specialist. Since then Sadhana has been promoted to Audit Manager thanks to her hard work. On a daily basis you can find Sadhana checking client plans to ensure accuracy, and auditing group reports.?
Fun fact! Sadhana starts off every day with a cup of chai and her family dog Cheeku by her side.
What do you like about working at CloudAdvisors?
“One of the best things about CloudAdvisors is the immense support we have from upper management to continue our education and learn from our mistakes. The whole team feels supported through any challenges. It really helps boost our morale and makes us feel like being at work is our home away from home. Personally, it’s allowed me to gain and learn new skills and grow not only as a professional, but also in aspects of my personal life.?

I also love the flexibility we have at CloudAdvisors. Working full time from home during the pandemic was difficult for a lot of us. I’ve loved transitioning into our current hybrid work set up. I currently go into the Varanasi office 2-3 times a week.”
What do you do outside of work for fun?
“In my spare time I love listening to audiobooks. Mostly on the topics of psychology, philosophy and finance. One of my favourites is The Power of your Subconscious Mind by Dr. Joseph Murphy.?
I really enjoy working with children in my spare time. A friend of mine started an organisation called Neev Sharda Public Charitable Trust which works with underprivileged children to help improve the education in a neighbourhood of Varanasi. I go every Saturday and Sunday, mostly to teach the children stories and basic financial literacy.
I also love to cook. I like to experiment with new recipes. Some of my favourite dishes are South Indian, Punjabi and especially Gujarati food because these have a lot of healthy vegetarian recipes!”
