Research has shown that businesses with engaged employees outperform their competitors. Engaged employees are more productive, innovative, and likely to stick with a company long-term. On the flip side, disengaged employees can negatively impact productivity, attendance, and employee retention. In fact, a Gallup study found that companies with highly engaged employees outperform their competitors by 147% in earnings per share! Clearly, employee engagement is not a buzzword - it's an essential factor in building a thriving business.

It makes sense why highly engaged employees outperform their competitors because they're more dedicated to their work and care about the company. I believe companies should start investing in their engagement strategies to find success.
