we all are adapted to New Normal lifestyle everywhere on daily basis to find hope in Life change In 2020..

Being a people person, I successfully Introduced “Friday” as “Casual day/ No Uniform day” in the year 2019 (previous year) & continued this ritual in the year 2020 as well, in my current company. And I was happy to see on every Friday, everyone was coming to company with a feeling of working from home in own comfortable/ favorite clothing. People who work in Manufacturing industry, where they are bond to wear uniform. Life become little colorless for them, glamour-less.

I did a little add-on in this with the consent of top management, giving theme color on a fixed Friday. And it helped me to engage my employees at workplace. They come to work on that particular day with happy & joyful face, like the way they go to party or celebration or to meet mates.

But due to this current pandemic, everything was shaken & kept in wrap for some time. But now, we still restarted our trends slowly & gradually. I had to announce a theme, color & everyone are supposed to dress up themselves as per the theme. So, this time, I choose Purple color as it represents wealth, creativity, wisdom, dignity, peace, independence & Magic.

Benefits of this, few keeps filtering their wardrobe, few switches to other colors, few who are stick to few colors only specially men, gets an opportunity to try new color. It’s exciting; Colors boost our mood as per human psychology. This is called Color Psychology.

Happy faces in the company & cheerful environment makes me happy being an HR. No Uniform day is most celebrate day for them, it give them a sense of freedom, freedom from same color, fabric & style.
