Happy Saturday, LinkedIn friends!
In this weekend's issue of my ?? newsletter, I share a portion of my journal entry, recapping a recent visit to Empire State Trail over to South Cove Park.
So this latest weekend adventure began to develop as I stood ???? in front of the New York Empire State Trail sign near the famous Battery Park City.
After reading ?? the large sign, I settled on my jogging ???? route to South Cove Park, which included zipping through a small section of Battery Park City. Let's go!
Before entering Battery Park City, I had to cut across Broadway, where I passed by a New York City sightseeing bus and the iconic Wall Street Charging Bull.
The sounds of joy and laughter I could hear in the background warmed my heart and put a big smile on my face!???
Two minutes later, I was jogging ???? by the National Museum of the American Indian, a Mr. Softee Ice Cream ?? truck, and a Nathan's Hot Dog ?? cart and was now quickly approaching the entrance to Battery Park City!
Once inside the park, I paused my jog momentarily to acknowledge and appreciate the peacefulness and beauty of my surroundings.?
After looking ?? around for a few minutes and fully embracing the magnificent and serene atmosphere, I proceeded toward the Monument Walk area inside this amazing park!
And, of course, I stopped a few times to take some of my signature pics ?? for my photo journal, some of which I decided to share with you today in this article.

The next thing I knew, I was approaching the spiral staircase at South Cove Park, my ending destination for this weekend's run.?????
Once I cooled off, I went and sat down on a wooden bench alongside the pier and started to journal ??? my thoughts, which became the content for my latest LinkedIn article.?

1 年Thanks for the great photos and incredible stories. Ready for the NFL draft? What's up with the Yankees? Have a great week. My son is considering a move to Syracuse. He's visiting the city this week. His job allows him to work remotely. He said he likes Syracuse because it's a short train ride to NYC.
