@EMPIRE Distribution Are Flagging Videos On My YouTube Channel Even I’ve Been Promoting Artists On Their Label For Over 3 Years
Dear Youtube,
I’m a music promoter/blogger and I posted Mozzy’s “Hold On Me” to my YouTube to promote his new single and for listeners/fans to buy the single from iTunes by clicking on the iTunes purchasing link below the video. If Empire Distribution is going after music bloggers who promoting their artists and generating money for their label then how Empire Dist. going to promote their artists. I work for an important Bay area based website and I blog about music and new music arts. I want Empire Distribution to retract their takedown and stay out of my business because I generate too much money for Empire Distribution to be getting harrassed by knuckleheads. What I do falls under “fair use” so the strike on my account should be removed.
