Empathy within the HR Team

There are many things in the Human Resources function that gives inner happiness and satisfaction. One such happiness comes whenever there is an expansion of the HR team. Today, happiness is doubled due to the opening of a new chapter in the HR function in Ion Exchange.?We are thrilled to announce a wonderful addition to our IEI HO-HR family, Ms. Trupti Tamhankar who is joining us as our first hearing-impaired female employee.

?A special thank you to our CMD who encouraged us to add employees in IEI with special needs. In this process, we will make IEI a diverse and inclusive workplace where every individual can excel to his /her full potential.

?We are growing, and evolving and our commitment is fostering a diverse and inclusive environment that empowers all individuals to thrive and contribute in their unique ways/ perspectives. I am confident that she will be a valuable asset to the HR team and organization. Not only this, the HR team is equally excited to learn one word each day as sign language from her and alongside her. Her presence not only enriches our workplace but also serves as a reminder of the importance of creating an environment where everyone feels valued and respected.

Welcoming Ms. Trupti will be a significant step towards embracing these differences and strengthening our collective capacity for innovation and success. To ensure that Trupti feels fully supported and integrated, we have taken the following steps:
