Empathy turns Bad Leaders into GREAT LEADERS!!!

Bad leaders exist everywhere - that`s for sure! And we all might of experienced bad leadership in our lives.

Not a nice experience when you go home at night upset becuase your boss made you cry.

However, when that bad leader receives the best lesson on Empathy Ever - like realising that they over stepped the mark by shouting at you then you walk back in work tomorrow, and instead of giving them a peace of your mind - you put your arm around them, and ask what`s wrong I am here for you - that`s when Empathy turns bad leaders into great Leaders!!!
