Private Coaching for the Entrepreneur or CEO who has attained great success but life still sucks. Is the life you built worth the price you paid? Mine wasn't. Let's forge an emotionally fulfilling path together.
I believe that empathy gets a bad rap because it doesn’t make us weak or too emotional. Used correctly, empathy can be a powerful relationship, engagement, and communication tool. The good news is it’s both a learnable and teachable skill with benefits that are both demonstrable and measurable.?
Empathy falls under the umbrella of Emotional Intelligence (EI).

How do you communicate using empathy?

9 个月There is a political capital to be made in the West from mocking empathy as 'Woke' It is a hideous movement John Chappelear which is at once on the march and in retreat. Human evolution was not supposed to work like this. Good news is that there is an emerging generation that is empathetic. They may be getting dismissed by politicians but change is afoot. I don't know if empathy can be taught but immersive experiences in others shoes can reap good results.

It's not an empathetic country at this point. (I ask those who say, "I don't care...my business is ok...IF they REALLLY "do not care?" Most do not even know they said it!) Thanks for the reality! Bert
