THERE ARE EMOTIONAL RESPONSES FOR EACH PERSON IN THEIR AREA OF GIFTEDNESS AS IT RELATES TO THE BIRTH AND SUCCESSFUL COMPLETIONS OF VISIONS!

The passage, ‘God has given us different gifts’ (Romans 12:6 NLT), reminds us that, each ministries is composed of several gifted individuals, who can typically be grouped into visionaries, those who are process-oriented and the task-oriented, people who are led by a common vision which God has birthed in their leaders and while the visionary gets an “emotional high” when the vision becomes clear to them, for the process oriented, it comes at the completion of tasks within the processes, while for the task oriented, it remains on-hold until the completion of a process. In other words, there are emotional responses for each person in their area of giftedness as it relates to the birth and successful completion of visions. So let the knowledge that: 1) Visionaries can go on to create and receive other visions long before the first one is truly manifested; 2) For the process-oriented, the vision is “on hold” until it can be translated into processes; and 3) For the task-oriented, it remains “on hold” until they have completed specific responsibilities; teach you, to as for Grace to understand the individual process that come with each person’s gifting!FG. www.fgtalks.com
