If you understand 'Life' from a higher perspective, you will notice that most of these insecurities and negative mental states generate from the 'Resistance' of 'What is'. We as humans always try to control things, things that are even beyond our control.
And when we can't control them we start of panic because
- By this time have conditioned ourselves to 'Being certain' and 'Predicting' so much that if anything goes off-track, we start taking it personally and treat it as a challenge.
What's important for all of us here to notice is
We don't have necessarily have to kill ourselves for 'Being productive'.
In such times, we need to acknowledge and take a moment to sit down and accept that this is not everyday hustle, not usual fight.
It is a different scenario and our brains still don't have enough similar scenarios to take reference from.
Our brain solves problems by fetching solutions from similar problems that we solved in the past, but this is new and unique.
Allow yourself space and time to get normal, allow yourself freedom, and stop punishing yourself for not being productive the way you were before lock-down.
Do not resist.
Do not resist your emotions, do not resist your pain, do not resist what you are feeling.
Allow all of it to come and pass just like clouds in the sky.
Don't over-engage with them, just let them pass and soon you will see that you are higher than your emotions.
