Avoid recalling the same issue and, what you will do throughout its existence, and it’s better to avoid setting expectations to the future and the evolution of the event, it’s better to have many plans and contingencies to react wisely with the minimum loss.
How to regain your focus, be steady, have the ownership on the diversity of issues and keep your perception on track?
Here are some steps to regain your clear thought& focus:
Breath and scan your body.
Ensure your intakes and hydration are in place.
Meditate what you need& manifest while practicing gratitude to your awards.
Believe that what meant for you will take over regardless the surrounding environment.

Your vision & conclusion is different for the similar past scenarios and the reason is your maturity, level of thinking, and vibes.
Your profession might be contradicting to your personality, characteristics, and your cooperating with others might be a pure urge to your state of mind safety beside your commitments.
