Like energy attracts like energy.?Every emotion has its own unique energy frequency associated with that emotion.?Lower energy frequency emotions such as guilt, shame, apathy and fear lead to drama, chaos and conflict which creates toxic environments.
?
Higher frequency emotions such as acceptance, gratitude, joy, love and enlightenment inspire environments characterized by greater levels of trust and engagement.?This reduces drama, chaos and conflict.?
The ability to connect with these higher frequency emotions is the result of learning to lower our walls of resistance, judgment and attachment to outcome.?This process develops emotional intelligence, higher consciousness and inspirational leadership.
We often prefer others take charge while we stay within our comfort zone.?True freedom comes from developing the ability to move through our fears rather than being controlled by them.
I’d love to hear your thoughts.
Warmly, Phil?

3 年EQ really is about empathy. Understanding others by listening to them is one of the greatest traits a leader can possess. Far to many lack this skill but they can improve it if they are committed. A high EQ really is a critical trait for today's leader. I suspect those who lack it will not survive in leadership roles.
