Our training approach follows the belief that emotions are powerful boosters that strengthen and enrich the educational experience. As trainers, we do not just convey knowledge and skills; we orchestrate an emotional experience that brings learning to life. Indeed, the origin of the word "animation" means to bring life to the learning process!

In our training workshops, we aim to create an atmosphere where everyone can feel and express positive emotions like curiosity and enthusiasm. It's amazing to see how a positive emotional connection can transform the assimilation of feedback and encourage self-reflection: fears, worries, and anxieties fade away, leaving room for joy! I love that moment when we laugh for the first time – usually after about 3 minutes (!) – and feel something very human establishing itself within the group.

By doing this, we prepare managers not only to succeed in their current role but also to become inspiring and empathetic leaders in their positions. And yes, our first "target" is not even the participants in our groups; it's the collaborators in their team! It's this fusion of knowledge, skill, and emotion that makes our training a truly transformative experience.

It's quite challenging to analyze and "name" the "ingredients" that touch the participants' hearts – it seems that language, words, do not reside in the same place in our brain as emotions ??. I'll try...

At the heart of our pedagogical approach lies an unconditional love for human beings, a sentiment that goes far beyond mere affection. Laugh, laugh, laugh

By not taking ourselves too seriously, we encourage our participants to adopt the same attitude. We don't have all the answers! This relaxed approach plays down the mistake, natural components of any learning process. It invites experimentation, risk-taking, and exploration without fear of judgment.

We instill insatiable curiosity, constantly encouraging questioning, exploring new perspectives, and challenging preconceived ideas. We aim to cultivate bold intellectual curiosity in our managers, urging them to transcend conventional limits for an innovative and endless learning adventure.

Surprise with humanity through role-playing inspired by theatre and improvisation

We use these artistic techniques to create role-playing situations that surprise and challenge in a kind way. These scenarios, drawn from real life and often unexpected, invite managers to dive into the heart of complex dilemmas, thereby stimulating their empathy and understanding. This immersive and confronting approach does not just captivate – it opens a space for deep reflection and emotional connection.
