Emo the Emotional Elf update

Hi guys from December 2016 to now January 2018 it has been a very Emotional and also very rewarding time the beginning of the book to the almost published book.

I wouldn't change a moment of it even the hard stuff and the reasons behind writing it in the first place some publicly spoken about and some that will always remain private.

For me it has been a real eye opener, filled with challenges that have been overcome anxiety's that have lowered, getting over my own confidence issues, and learning to take better care of my self so I can take better care of those that need me.

Today I have been making sure all the things to do with the book here are filed and organised ready for the edited version to be returned for my approval.

I want to say thank you for all your support, and positive encouragement to me over his time not only for the book but for me personally while I have regained my strengh and sense of self.

I want to personally thank my husband Nik he has been my strengh and part of my motivation but also a pain in my butt pushing me into the spot light.

I also want to thank Josh Jake And Niki, because without them this would not have happened either it was for them I came out of the shadows to prove anything is possible, if you just try in the first place, and keep going through the tough times, your never to old to learn new things and try a different way of life than what your used too. Staying in the comfort zone is not exceptable for any of us now it's time to show what we are all made of including me.

So this is my update for today many thanks
