Dear readers,
As I promised earlier, I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to our remarkable team members, and today, I want to shine a spotlight on the invaluable Emilie Dupré. In my role as chief troublemaker it can sometimes be a bit challenging for the team tasked with implementing my new ideas. Emilie, on the other hand, is our go-to "trouble whisperer."
So, who is Emilie Dupré?
She is the dedicated leader of the Research and Development group at IPST, holding an M.Sc. in pharmacology from the University of Sherbrooke. However, her expertise extends far beyond her academic credentials. Emilie has extensive experience in crafting and validating innovative surgically induced small animal models of human disease. Her research work is particularly compatible with early discovery.
To illustrate the immense value Emilie brings to both my role and our company, please allow me to describe a typical interaction with her. Picture me after countless hours poring over numerous research papers, attempting to devise a model, and occasionally reaching a point of exasperation due to a challenging problem.
At that moment, I turn to Emilie, humbly seeking her assistance. She calmly says “Hey, why don’t we ABC… Let’s try XYZ” and suggests innovative solutions, often proposing approaches I had not even considered and miraculously resolves the issue, surpassing my initial expectations.
On a related note, Emilie recently celebrated a significant milestone - her 10th anniversary with IPST. Our entire team extends heartfelt congratulations to her. What an impressive achievement.

1 年I have had the privilege of working alongside Emilie for the past decade, and I wholeheartedly echo the sentiments expressed by Andrey. She is unquestionably one of our most valuable and steadfast employees, and her contributions to the team are truly undeniable.
