Emerging Trend: Four Ways Amazon And Others Are Using AI To Personalize Work Schedules

I recently published an article in Field Technologies Online about the emerging trend of using AI to personalize work schedules.
The first example in the article is about Amazon using optimization to allow workers to pick the shifts they want to work (as they discussed at an INFORMS conference)
The next three examples were from clients of DecisionBrain. I thought these were very creative and will add to this emerging trend. These are:
- Personalized upskilling
- Smart Agendas
- Prioritizing Work
There is a lot of potential value here to companies and employees.
This trend will be interesting because there is a lot of room for various algorithms (from optimization to machine learning) and creativity (solving different problems for different situations).
I’ll keep my eye on this trend. Check out the full article.
Very interesting article about employees' schedules and their personalized configuration. Thanks for the mention Michael Watson!
