Emergency Xray Inspection & Reclaim

Food Processors operate using GFSI and HACCP, control their production operating under strict food safety guidelines. In incidents born through production line inspection or failed xray or metal detector validation, concerns over possible contamination can occur that relate to foreign material in finished products. Plan Xray reclaim is a quick, easy and inexpensive emergency response service to have those finished goods inspected & reclaimed using the latest state-of-the-art xray technology (Eagle PI PXT). The service starts with an inspection study test and inspection study certificate (which provides the gurantee that the Xray PXT technology can identify a specific foreign body at a specific size in each of their products @ +/- 2 sigma). This report generated at no-charge, provides the proof that our clients finished products can be accurately inspected and good product reclaimed. Our inspection and reclaim facility delivers the convenience of allowing our clients' to have their 'on-hold' finished goods inspected while they carry on with their scheduled production. Once the products are inspected, all contaminated detected products are isolated and cleared finished goods (free of contaminates) are returned with full traceability documentation.
