Emergency Services Visit Camp Sandcastle
Camp Sandcastle our FEAST funded summer activity has been visited by North Yorkshire police to learn about who the police are, what they do and how they keep us safe.
PC Robinson and PCSO Pearcey gave us a fun talk as well as a demonstration of the equipment the police use. Thank you so much for visiting our Camp?
Our Camp Sandcastle group, which is funded by North Yorkshire FEAST and the Department of Education today visited Scarborough Fire Station.
Owen, Joe and Nicky all had a go on the ladder crane while the young people got to have a go with the hose, sit in the fire engine and see the life saving equipment that they use.
?Our CEO also got to fire the hose at a plastic bottle on top of a cone.
