Great opportunity to join the Training/L&D team within a Global security function. You will be tasked with delivering a tailored physical security training programme to teams across EMEA.

You will review current training documentation, develop and deliver the training curriculum and work with stakeholders across the business on new security projects & initiatives.

Applicants should have proven experience of delivering bespoke training and development programmes to security teams virtually and in person. The role will require national and international travel.

Role overview:

• Prepare training programmes for site-based security teams across the EMEA region.
• Deliver and facilitate training to Security Managers, Security Officers, Security Supervisor etc. across EMEA.
• Develop training material, manuals, presentations etc.
• Periodically update and review the training curriculum
• Work closely with regional operations teams on training specific projects and initiatives
• Work closely with senior stakeholders to identify training needs and requirements at sites
• Develop a pro-active training ethos within the business and champion continued improvement within staff development.

Experience required:

The ideal candidate will have experience in a Training/L&D specific role delivering a range of training solutions within the security sector. You will likely hold a recognised training qualification and be able to highlight your experience creating and delivering training to a range of clients within the corporate security sector.
