Embracing Zero: I am a Student of Testing

I am a student of testing.

My ego about my knowledge about testing has been shattered multiple times. There are people who know better than me. There are people who think better than me. There are people who write and present better than me. And still the infinity of testing is beyond their grasp as well.

Embracing Zero is to help me deal with areas which I have little to no knowledge about. It's a basic public note-taking exercise.

While my?#EmbracingInfinity?series of articles deals with the more philosophical parts of testing and my thinking, and I target #TestingNuggets series to share concrete inputs from my own experience, there is this whole void beyond my grasp. I have my own learning to do as well. That's what #EmbracingZero will be about. Apart from these three, I am writing on Python programming and design in #PythonNuggetsForTesters series to capture another, related skill.

I want to capture the concepts as I learn them.

Please be informed that what I write in this series could be full of mistakes. Even during learning I have the habit of sharing my interpretations. My mind works that way. So, please be very careful while reading contents in this series.

Learning takes time. So, theoretically this series has the potential of being the slowest of the 3 series. However I think that may not be the case in practice in a few months. My philosophical concepts are not endless. My experience is limited. So, during times when I am a good student, this series might see a lot of content being written.

I've accepted myself to be writing raw, unprocessed articles. I am doing that for the other two series anyways, so why not here where I am purely a student. So, if I have learned something, writing about it should not take time. That's what I assume.

This is not an article. This is a reminder for me and a heads-up for you.
