Embracing Yourself: A Journey of Self-Love
Tiffany Wright, LCSW
Providing solutions to communities to optimize wellness and manage the impacts of stress, grief, and racial and childhood trauma using culturally sensitive somatic, mindfulness, and nature-based interventions.
It’s easy to get caught up in who we are not or who we wish to be. But what if, instead, we simply embraced and loved ourselves as we are—honoring the person we are becoming along the way?
Stay focused on your own path by:
Your journey is about you—not about external validation, impressing others, or placing yourself above anyone else. It’s about becoming the best version of yourself, reaching your highest potential, and shining your light in the world.
Take the time to truly know yourself—your likes and dislikes, your wounds and healing, your passions and fears, your strengths and growth opportunities. Honor yourself. Connect with your spirit and your higher self.
People will always have opinions about who you are and who you should be. While external perspectives can provide insight, they are not absolute truths. Your most accurate reflection comes from within. Look inward, observe your life, and trust your journey.
BE You.
