Start each day with a brief moment of introspection. As you enjoy your morning coffee or tea, ask yourself: "What do I need today to feel valued and worthy?" This simple practice keeps self-exploration alive in your routine.

Cognitive Restructuring on the Go

Carry a small notebook or use a notes app on your phone. When you catch a negative thought, jot it down. At lunch or before bed, review these thoughts and practice reframing them positively. Over time, this becomes second nature.

Building Resilience Through Daily Challenges

Set a small, slightly uncomfortable goal each day. It could be as simple as striking up a conversation with a stranger or trying a new activity. Celebrate each of these tiny victories – they're building your resilience muscle!
