The chemistry between you, your role, and your organization is essential.

Based on my own experiences I would highlight that embracing one's authentic self is an ongoing process. Even when you believe you've fully embraced this lesson, there might be layers left to uncover, which for many of us is how we like it, get to know me, but only close friends should know the deep meaning of me.
