8 个月Great share! “The Power of Vulnerability in Leadership?“is the most powerful statement for all of the leader positions in various organizations.
Being vulnerable and admitting a weakness comes from a place of strength. People are far too guarded in the workplace because they afraid of the consequences. Men are taught not to be vulnerable. They are taught to be strong not weak. We see vulnerability as a weakness when it should be the exact opposite. Being vulnerable comes from a place of strength.

There’s so much research showing the benefits of listening in the workplace, and elsewhere (Avi Kluger has done some great work on this).
