Embracing the Video Revolution

Confession: When I started podcasting in September 2021, I thought audio is the future. Fast forward to 2024 and 70% of the content we dish out for our clients are videos. It's evident (to us at least) that videos are shaping the future of content consumption. We can now guarantee that it's a fundamental shift in how we communicate, engage and connect with our audiences.

It was TikTok which started this trend, with Meta quick to follow. While LinkedIn also had been pushing videos for quite a while now, it was this article that this needs to be this week's topic.

Our first video podcast on Brain Box was Episode 60 (would be dropping 87th next week) & the viewership is for all to see. Our YouTube channel has crossed 500 viewers virtually on it's own (we don't focus on the key items like thumbnail creation etc) since we prefer to own channels, rather than rent. So here are the practical reasons why this is happening:
