The Joy of Learning:

One of the most significant lessons I have imbibed is to cherish the process of learning rather than being solely focused on the outcome. Guided by my mentor, I discovered the subtle hints and clues that lead to solving complex problem statements. The feeling of forging my own path and arriving at a solution has made the learning process truly blissful. Salesforce's commitment to knowledge sharing and growth has fostered an environment where learning becomes an invigorating and fulfilling pursuit.

Core Values and Motivation:

Salesforce's dedication to its core values has left an indelible impression on me. The company's emphasis on self-esteem, confidence, and unwavering motivation has taught me to believe in myself and push harder towards my goals. The reminder from my mentor to enjoy the weekends and prevent burnout instilled a renewed sense of motivation and energy, allowing me to approach each day with enthusiasm and focus.

"The senior engineers have been there, done that. Don't hesitate to ask for help. "

Inspirational Leaders:

Throughout my internship, I had the privilege of interacting with esteemed business leaders, including Arundhati Bhattacharya, the Chairman and CEO of Salesforce India, Vinod Shah, VP of Software Engineering, and Michele Nyrop, a senior ES leader, among others. Their journeys to success served as powerful examples of limitless potential and unwavering commitment. From them, I learned the importance of giving my best in every endeavor, leaving no stone unturned in the pursuit of excellence.

"Give your best and leave the rest. "

The Gift of Human Connections:

The most unexpected aspect of my internship was the abundance of learning opportunities from the people around me. Each person I encountered, from colleagues to mentors, imparted valuable wisdom and lessons. From finding solutions to problems to learning to let go of unsuccessful builds while playing chess in the social lounge, every interaction has contributed to my growth. Collaborations have revealed the power of collective intelligence, and I have discovered the importance of giving back to society.

"Its okay to let go for a while. "

Ohana Culture and Volunteering:

The concept of Ohana culture at Salesforce resonated deeply with me. I felt privileged to be part of an organization that valued unity, inclusivity, and support. Volunteering activities further amplified my enthusiasm to make a positive impact. Since my childhood, I had dreamt of starting an NGO, and Salesforce's commitment to giving back to the community inspired me to contribute my best efforts.

Memorable Experiences:

Two standout experiences during my internship will forever hold a special place in my heart. Firstly, hosting the "Know Your Business" session despite having a terrible throat demonstrated resilience and the possibility of achieving even when things seem challenging. The stories shared by four inspiring leaders deepened my interest in Salesforce and exemplified the hard work they had invested in their respective fields over the years.

Secondly, participating in the hackathon was a testament to the power of motivation and teamwork. Inspired by a session with Outforce, we aimed to create a prototype that would make a positive difference. We got so driven by the motivation to do something for the cause that we getting shortlisted for the finale was a cherry on the top. The support of our mentor during a midnight coding crisis, and the collaboration between team members from different locations, added to our sense of achievement.

My internship journey has far exceeded my expectations, transforming me in ways I never anticipated. From mastering the creation of Lightning Web Components to forging lifelong friendships and absorbing knowledge from every interaction.
