"Not having to do anything I don’t want to," is a common, yet negative-based answer that often leads to further inquiry. If ultimate freedom isn't about avoiding unpleasant tasks, what is it that we truly want to do with our lives?

This question is undoubtedly challenging, and it frequently elicits a cascade of self-imposed rules and limitations. "It's not practical," some may say. Others blame external factors, such as a partner's disapproval or the passage of time. "I've put off what I want to do for so long; I don't even know what it is anymore," echoes a sentiment that resonates with many.

Consider, for a moment, the weight of those words. How many of us have allowed the "need to," "have to," and "should" to dominate our lives, leaving us with a list devoid of personal desires?

It's time to challenge this narrative.

Yes, practicality is important, and there may be valid external considerations. However, there is more than one way to make our lives work, and achieving ultimate freedom is not synonymous with shirking responsibilities.

Now, consider the next best three steps you can take to inch closer to that ideal day. It doesn't have to be a monumental leap; even small movements count. Let's break it down with a simple example: If your ultimate freedom involves waking up to the aroma of freshly brewed coffee, your first step might be researching coffee makers with auto-start timers.

The key is to simplify the process. Often, people complicate the journey to freedom by overlooking the small, manageable steps that pave the way.

Make a list of your desires, and take action. Reclaim the autonomy to shape your life in alignment with your deepest aspirations. Ultimate freedom is not an abstract concept; it's a tangible and achievable reality when approached with intention.

So, I ask you to revisit the question: What does ultimate freedom look like, feel like, smell like, taste like, and move like for you? Define it, visualize it, and take the first steps toward living a life that transcends the "need to," "have to," and "should." Your journey to ultimate freedom begins with a single decision and the courage to pursue your true desires.
