1 年Great highlights and insights Dear Dr. Jehad I may add some thoughts as per Gartner 2023 and herein after, at least 85% of governments without a total experience (TX) strategy will fail to successfully transform government services. “Over the past years, most governments increased their investments in digital initiatives. However, many digital initiatives are still occurring in silos,” So “Governments must move from a siloes approach to a “Cohesive Strategy” encompassing Employee Experience and Citizen Experiences. A TX approach combines the disciplines of user experience (UX), citizen experience (CX), employee experience (EX) and multi-experience (MX) into one holistic approach toward service design, delivery and sustainment of value. The priority for TX is the people inside and outside the entity. Therefore, one must consider “Leadership” that drives healthy environment, prioritize investments in capabilities (leveraged by employees and citizens) and focus on cooperate values rather than siloes or individual values. This can be realized using “voice of the citizen” and “voice of the employee” to identify and address common pain points along with positive impact and new corporate values.
