Whether it's a short meditation session, a walk, or a moment of gratitude, even a brief pause can make a significant difference. I often use the time between school drop off and arriving at work to set an intention for the day and to breath.

Set Boundaries: Learn to say no to excessive commitments and obligations that drain your energy. Establish boundaries around work, social media, and other sources of stress to protect your time and mental well-being.in the same way I limit my childs screen time, I limit my own in particular when it is intereffering from me conncting with my family.?

Create Rituals: Incorporate self-care rituals into your daily routine. Whether it's a morning stretch, an evening bubble bath, or a cup of herbal tea before bed, these rituals can serve as anchors of calm amidst the chaos.

I have always believed that you don’t only take your car in for a services when the wheels are knocking – you keep the vehicle finely tuned for optimal performance and it is the same with our emotional and mental health.
