As we bid farewell to 2023, it's time to set our sights on the horizon of 2024, embracing the opportunities and challenges it brings. As a Sales Consultant specialising in supporting SMEs, this month I’m sharing insights on the importance of a well-crafted sales plan and a glimpse into my own sales strategy for the upcoming year.

"A goal without a plan is just a wish." This adage rings especially true in the dynamic world of sales. For businesses, particularly SMEs, having a robust sales plan isn't just beneficial; it's a necessity. It acts as a compass, guiding your journey through the unpredictable terrains of the market and business.?

In 2024, my overarching objective is to elevate the visibility of my business and the bespoke services I offer. At the core of this goal is the intent to forge lasting relationships with business owners, understanding their unique needs, and offering solutions that resonate with their aspirations.

My Key Strategies for 2024

1. Building Presence at Business Expos

I will be actively participating in six business expos, utilising these platforms not only to showcase my expertise but also to engage with potential clients face-to-face. What's more exciting is that I'll be delivering keynotes at three of these events, sharing valuable insights and strategies in sales that can transform businesses.

2. Launching a New Proposition

Innovation is key in staying relevant. 2024 will see the launch of a brand new proposition that I believe will add significant value to my clients and set a new standard in sales consulting.

3. Expanding the Sales Prospecting Blueprint Bootcamp

The Sales Prospecting Blueprint Bootcamp has been a game-changer for many businesses and sales professionals. In 2024 we're taking it up a notch, expanding its scope and reach to empower more businesses with effective prospecting techniques.

4. Networking with Purpose

I've joined several esteemed networking groups, recognising the power of connections and collaborative growth. These platforms will not only provide opportunities to learn but also to contribute and make a difference in the SME community.

5. Educating through Webinars

Knowledge sharing is a pillar of growth. Throughout 2024, I'll be hosting a series of sales-focused webinars. These sessions are designed to offer practical advice, latest trends, and innovative strategies in sales, accessible to a wider audience.

A sales plan is more than a set of targets; it's a strategic roadmap that aligns your resources, efforts, and goals. It helps in:
