Embracing Retirement While Continuing to Drive Innovation in AI and Behavioral Health Consulting
After an incredibly fulfilling career spanning decades in healthcare leadership and behavioral health, I am excited to announce my transition into retirement. However, this marks the beginning of a new chapter, one where I’ll remain active in consulting, focusing on two of my deepest passions: Behavioral Health and AI.
Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of collaborating with extraordinary teams, such as those at Core Solutions my last employer, and driving forward-thinking solutions that have shaped the industry. Now, as I step back from the day-to-day operations, I look forward to focusing my energy on strategic consulting, especially in leveraging AI to enhance healthcare outcomes and support behavioral health initiatives. The journey continues, and I remain deeply committed to ensuring that technology and innovative approaches improve the way we care for individuals in need.

I feel I'm right behind you, in late career stage, but still feeling there is so much to do to get behavioral health in a good place, and not let poorly-done AI make a cartoon caricature out of our profession.
